Hi! I’m Jennifer.
Music has been my first language since I was four years old. As a deeply introverted child, singing and playing piano opened a whole other world for me, one where I felt safe to express myself and take up space. My love for music led me to the Boston Conservatory, where I studied opera. For years, my voice was my way of understanding myself and the world around me.
At sixteen, I started practising yoga due to stage freight. I knew that connecting with my body was the missing piece I needed in order to find confidence on stage. After studying various styles of yoga, I resonated the most with restorative movement. I felt drawn to slower, more intentional practices that support the nervous system and create space for deep presence. Around this same period, I was introduced to sound therapy and everything clicked.
Sound became the bridge between my two greatest passions.
Today, I offer a unique sound healing experience that blends sound baths with vocal healing. In my class, sound isn’t something you only receive, it’s something you’re invited to participate in. What inspires me the most is witnessing my students rediscover their voice. I’ve seen and experienced how fear, self doubt and long-held silence can cause people to disconnect from their sound.
My mission is to help people find their voice again through sound.
