All of my movement classes are enhanced with sound healing and vocal modalities, making sound an essential part of every practice. Choose the style that suits your vibe:
1. Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath
Slow down, release tension, and fully restore your body and mind. In this restorative class, we’ll use gentle, supported postures to relax the nervous system and promote healing. Live sound and vocal healing are woven throughout the practice, allowing the body and mind to sink deeper into calm and presence. By the end of class, you’ll feel grounded, balanced, and reconnected to your inner voice.
2. Hatha Yoga & Sound Bath
Energize, strengthen, and then release. In this hatha-inspired class, we’ll move through mindful, invigorating poses to build strength, flexibility, and focus. After flowing through yang-style movement, we transition into a soothing sound bath and vocal healing session. Creating a contrast of active energy and deep relaxation, this practice cultivates vitality while restoring balance through the healing power of sound.
